Man of the Match
Fazal spent the beginning of the match taking it slow and observing. As he and Vijay settled into the match, they started playing their good shots, and for some time, were unstoppable.
There was a slight hiccup when Fazal was almost dismissed for 12 in the sixth over. The ball had slowly made its way to the stumps after he got an inside edge. Nathu, however, had overstepped, and Fazal continued to bat. In the 32nd over, while Fazal continued at bat, Nathu managed to dismiss Vijay.
Faiz Fazal was named the Man of the Match.
