India beat Ireland in the first of two T20 International matches, and is currently playing the second T20I against Ireland. Ireland won the toss and opted to field first, putting India in to bat. It remains to be seen whether India will come out on top of the match at The Village in Malahide, Ireland.
KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma were removed from the game in quick succession. So far, Suresh Raina and KL Rahul have both made half centuries with 69 and 70 runs respectively.
For India, some might say that the Ireland matches are simply a warmup for the upcoming matches against England. While this may be the case, Ireland has begun the second T20I with good fielding, and will push hard to make a decent batting total.
Ireland is now at the bat. The team needs to make 214 runs in order to win the second T20I against India.
