2022 World Cup Under-19 venues

All matches are scheduled to be held in the West Indies. Trinidad, St. Kitts, Antigua will host the games in the tournament proper and Guyana was used to host the warm-up games.

The surfaces in the Caribbean aren’t as fast as they once were and have over the years become slower. This has helped the spin bowlers to have an impact on the game as well. Batting, in general, can become easy once a batter is set. The temperature hovers around 25-32 degrees Celsius, making it ideal conditions to play cricket in despite the humidity.

In such a scenario, the ICC World Cup U19 betting odds tend to favor the team batting first.
