The Hundred Odds Guide: Who Will Win The Hundred 2022?
Trent Rockets are the betting favorites on Betway to win the 2022 edition according to The Hundred odds.
The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) had made plans to launch The Hundred competition since 2016 but only in 2021 did they launch the inaugural edition of The Hundred and it got a good response from English cricket fans.

The Hundred started on August 3 and the final game was played on September 3. Trent Rockets defeated Manchester Originals in The Hundred 2022 final match,

The Hundred History
There is not a lot of history behind The Hundred at this point in time as the tournament has taken place just once in 2021. There was a lot of back and forth initially when the ECB was contemplating launching The Hundred.
Most of the current set of English players including then captain Joe Root and Eoin Morgan were in favor of The Hundred. Those who were against The Hundred felt that it would continue to dilute the quality of cricket as the T20 format was more than enough.
However, the ECB pulled the trigger and launched The Hundred in 2021 and based on the response has decided to run it again in 2022.
