We will now have a look at the marquee event of the day – the Bangalore 1000 Guineas.

Odds To Win Bangalore 1000 Guineas (Grade-II)

In our estimation, here is how the odds for each of the 10 fillies look for this prestigious race:

S No Horse Odds On Betway
8 Pecanwood 4.00
2 Brunhild 4.50
3 Eternal Blaze 5.50
1 Allamanda 8.50
7 Winmylove 12.00
10 Moon’s Blessing 12.00
5 Kensington Court 16.00
4 Faith of Success 31.00
9 Perfect Empress 31.00

With so many young fillies in the running, and most of them only a few races hold, anything can happen. But of the 10, Pecanwood, Brunhild, and Eternal Blaze look the likeliest contenders. We like Pecanwood, despite her downward trend in recent races, with Brunhilde a close second.

The rest only have an outside chance in our horse racing betting sites on Dec 10.

Recommended Betting Tip: Pecanwood (4.00)

Trained by Prasanna Kumar, this bay filly has a record of 2-2-1 from her first three races. Her win came in her most recent race at Ooty in September – a 1400 event. Thanks to her impressive performances at Bengaluru, Brunhild will be the highest-rated runner for the 1000 Guineas at 56.

  1. ETERNAL BLAZE – Multidimensional (IRE) – Majestic Opinion

Sired by the legendary Multidimensional (a stallion with 762 winners), Eternal Blaze is a bay filly with a record of 3-6-1. Trained by S Ganapathy, she has experience winning at 1600m at the Bangalore race track. Her rating for this event is 40.

  1. MEDORA – Multidimensional (IRE) – Blue Sky

The second progeny of Multidimensional on the race card comes from the stables of trainer P Shroff. This will be her fourth race – she has a recent record of 7-2-1, showing steady gains. Medora comes to Bengaluru after races at Mumbai and Pune. She has a top rating of 40 for this race.

BANGALORE 1000 Guineas (Grade-II) – FINAL Betting Tip

Both Pecanwood and Brunhild look like low-risk bets, with likely returns of INR 300 and 350 respectively on an INR 100 stake. Pecanwood will have probable odds of 4.00 and Brunhild will have odds of 4.50 on most betting sites in India.

We think Pecanwood will win the Bangalore 1000 Guineas race. Allamanda is a fine option for those chasing higher returns, offering INR somewhere in the vicinity of INR 700 on a 100 bet.

Both WInmylove and Moon’s Blessing have an outside chance, but the trio beneath them look like remote prospects.
